A 54 year old woman came in to my office with Plantar Fasciitis in one foot, which kept her from being able to walk barefoot for 8 months. We worked together for about 45 minutes and she was able to walk barefoot again. A 20 minute follow-up session 3 weeks later cleared out some remaining ankle pain.
