Rossiter System® Workouts
are focused, two person stretches in which YOU are the Person In Charge (PIC) and I Coach you through stretching out your pain and tightness. I apply controlled weight with my foot (the sole) to specific areas and I talk you through precise movements to help provide the most effective, thorough stretches you can manage. This work came primarily from Rolfing or Structural Integration, and focuses on loosening tight connective tissue - your body's system of space.

Most work is done on a low, padded platform or a mat on the floor, so comfortable clothes are helpful. Sessions are short because of the intensity of the work, and progress is faster and more profound than with massage or any other method I've seen.

My clients include injured runners, people with arthritis, tendonitis, chronic neck and shoulder pain, heel spurs and plantar fasciitis and are somewhere between 20 and 80 years old.
