If you have had a knee replacement, Rossiter stretches are not a problem. They very likely will relieve aches and pain in and around your knee. Most of the stretches for the knee (as with the rest of the body) are done on a mat on the floor. The one pictured is a rare exception. As long as you are able to get on and off the floor unassisted, and have no medical problems that prohibit this work, you should be able to get yourself some relief from pain and aches. |
The
Calf Crunch helps loosen connective tissue in the knee, and upper and
lower leg to relieve pain and tightness. |

If you're serious about getting out of pain, whether it's a recent injury or a long-term problem, and you like to be in control, this may be for you. Call today for a free consultation to see if Rossiter System® Workouts are appropriate for you! |
